České Budějovice - Capuchin monastery with the church of St. Anne

A Capuchin convent was founded in České Budějovice in 1614 at the initiative of Anna Tyrolská, the wife of Matthias Habsburg. Construction of monastery buildings and the baroque church of St. Anne took place in the years 1615 - 1621.
