Česká Skalice - Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary

The church is mentioned in the place as early as 1350, but originally it was a Gothic chapel. The present form of the church is roughly from 1725, the cemetery that surrounded the church was abolished in 1891. More extensive repairs were carried out in 1905 and in 1967-68.
