The building of the Basic Art School in Nerudová street in Červené Kostelec is an important cubist building registered in the state list of monuments of the Náchod district. It is the former villa of the factory owner Theodor Keyzlar, which was built between 1923 and 1924 by Josef Pitřinec, a builder from Červenokostele, according to the plans of the architect Josef Gočár.
