From its source, the Čeladenka is a clear mountain torrent, which at the southern edge of the village of Čeladná turns into a small river with a rocky riverbed. Čeladenka springs at an altitude of 820 meters on the northern slope of Kladnatá (918 masl). Not far from the spring is the Lhotská crossroad, and near the spring the green tourist route leads from the above-mentioned crossroad to the settlement of Podolánky.
