The barracks buildings, which are one of the monuments of the art nouveau style that remained in the city, were not built as representative buildings, but nevertheless they are characterized by a certain originality of their appearance.
In 1906, at a meeting of the city council, approval was given to the construction of cavalry barracks and it was decided that the city would buy the land near Žatecká Street. The city of Most undertook to relocate the regiment and build quarters...
