The Renaissance fortress is one of the landmarks of the village of Brozany nad Ohří in Litoměřice in the Ústí Region. The fortress is a storied rectangular building with three polygonal bastions. In front of the fortress is a 26-meter deep well and a bridge over a moat. The fortress is not open to the public.
History
The original fortress from the 13th century was rebuilt in the Renaissance style in 1563 under the Brozanský family from Vřesovice. Under the lords of Hazmburk, the fortress was around 1600...
