In the upper part of Kounicova street there is a monumental building with a curved facade (hence the building's nickname - Rohlík). It was built in 1937 as a new building for the Regional Headquarters for Moravia and Silesia. The author of the project was the well-known Brno architect Bohuslav Fuchs at the time.
