Brno-Zelný trh - theater Reduta
Reduta ranks among the oldest theater buildings in Central Europe. At the beginning of the 17th century, the corner house was converted into a tavern where itinerant theater companies played. A new house next to the tavern was built for them in 1731-1732. The city used the Redoubt to organize social events and theater performances. Here, in 1767, the Czech language was played for the first time in Bohemia, and the eleven-year-old WA gave a concert here...
