Brno - Mim statue in front of the White House

This dominant statue is located in the forecourt of the entrance to the White House on Žerotín Square. The sculpture called "MIM", created in 1986 by the Brno sculptor Jiří Marko, was originally intended for the space in front of the Mahen Theater building. Due to the disapproval of the Memorial Institute, it was finally placed in a park near Kounicová street. Boleslav Polívka, a mime and actor from Brno at the time, served as a model for the sculptors several times.…
