Brno - Líšeň

The history of the ancient Lišné goes back to the Middle Ages. The first verified written report about Líšno dates back to 1306. However, as archaeological finds prove, the area around Líšno was already inhabited in prehistoric times. Archaeological surveys carried out at the Old Castles have shown that this locality was densely populated by Slavic tribes.
