Břeclav - former synagogue

It was built in 1868 at the expense of the then mayor of the Jewish community, David Kuffner, modified in 1888 according to the project of the Viennese architect Max Fleischer in the neo-Romanesque style. It served its purpose until 1938, later it was used as a warehouse. After an expensive reconstruction, it has been used for exhibition purposes since 2000.
