The Slovak community of Bílovice, first mentioned in writing in 1256, is among those whose representatives can boast of being castle lords. After the village became a fief of the Olomouc bishopric, a parish was established here, and a little later also a medieval fortress, which was rebuilt into a Renaissance castle with characteristic arcades at the end of the 16th century.
