It is located in the lower part of the village on Komenského Street, which leads from the municipal office to the station building. A villa in a dominant location in the Greek style was built here in 1909 by JUDr. Josef Poláček, then director of the Regional Trade Council in Brno, as a summer residence for his wife Melania, according to the design of the well-known Brno architect Jan Flora.
