Bílovecký pond

Bílovecký rybník is located at the northern edge of the town of Bílovec. The pond was built on the course of the river Jamník and in the southern part of the Valley of the Young. Above the eastern edge of the pond rises a nameless hill (305 masl) whose slopes are covered with forest. A small recreation area with a sports and children's playground has been built on the shore of the pond. I use the pond for fishing and in the summer as a natural swimming pool.…
