On the road from Horní Bečva to Bíla, about 1 km from the Hlavatá settlement, there are several houses on the right side of the road above the Bílá stream (Bílá Ostravice). Above them, there is probably the most accessible and repaired clause, a water tank for floating wood (incorrectly float). From there, wood was floated to the ironworks and mills in Frýdlant, Baška and further afield (e.g. in Lískovec). This clause is named after the bishop of Olomouc...
