Grandmother Valley

Babiččina údolí is a very charming place located in the valley of the river Úpa above the village of Ratibořice, located near Česká Skalica.
It was named after the well-known work Grandmother by the writer Božena Němcová, who spent her childhood here as Barunka Panklová.
