Grandmother quarry
In the eastern direction from Kuřimi, the Babí lom hill rises (562 masl) and around its summit is the protected territory of the Babí lom nature reserve. The reservation consists of a rocky ridge reaching a length of 2,4 kilometers and its width is 30 to 80 meters. The ridge is made of reddish siliceous conglomerates.
